On November 30th,Current Affairs IT House reported that the real-time interactive drama SILENT HILL: Ascension was badly criticized by the audience after it was broadcast, mainly focusing on the serious krypton elements in the game and the poor plot quality.
A few days ago, many viewers suspected that the work was written by AI. In this regard, Jacob Navrok, CEO of developer Genvid Holdings, sent a long article on the X platform to deny it, and said that the work was written by a real person.
Jacob Navrok claimed that these people had participated in the production of Telltale, Pixar animation, God of War, Resident Evil and other works.
In addition, the IT House noted that Jacob Navrok also said that Genvid Holdings tried to use AI to optimize the production process of animation or movies a few years ago, resulting in many unstable shots, such as the split lens being too long or focusing on the wrong object. Therefore, in other projects such as Silent Hill: Ascending, AI was not used for creation, but only occasionally used to check the account registration name.
Jacob Navrok also stressed that AI is not qualified for creative work at present, and the rumor that Silent Hill: Ascension was written by AI is an insult to the "proud thing" that their team has worked hard to create.
